Project Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Sikla Group. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Assist in defining project scope and deliverables, develop and maintain project schedules and work plans.
  • Project Coordination: Monitor project progress, prepare and maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Communication: Be the main point of contact between departments, ensuring all project resources are available and effectively utilized, communicate project status, updates, and changes to relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Track project performance, prepare regular status reports, and update project dashboards.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project coordination, ideally within the construction/engineering/manufacturing sectors, minimum 2 years.
  • Strong understanding of project management processes.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work as part of a team.
