Senior Health and Safety Specialist

Pensar Construction Group is seeking a highly motivated HSE Advisor to support our growing Newcastle team. In this role, you will be pivotal in upholding our commitment to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) excellence.
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled professional to provide essential support, advice, and guidance to project stakeholders, ensuring compliance with all relevant HSE requirements, plans, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice and guidance to project teams on safety requirements, ensuring compliance with legislative and best practice standards.
- Monitor subcontractor safety performance, ensuring adherence to our safety policies and procedures.
- Deliver internal training programs on HSE procedures and ensure effective implementation of controls through auditing activities.
- Actively participate in project pre-starts, toolbox talks, and relevant meetings, fostering open communication on safety matters.
