Job Title: Teaching Assistant - SEMH

We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and experienced SEMH Teaching Assistant to join our team at Aspire People. This is a full-time role, and you will be expected to complete typical TA duties, including assisting teachers with planning and delivering lessons, providing targeted support to small groups or individual students, managing classroom behaviour, and supervising students during break times and lunch.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist teachers with planning and delivering lessons
* Provide targeted support to small groups or individual students
* Manage classroom behaviour, ensuring a positive learning environment
* Supervise students during break times and lunch
* Support students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health Needs (SEMH)
