Job Opportunity: Food and Beverage Assistant at Foxhills Collection

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team at Foxhills Collection. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences and providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and service of food and beverages in our restaurant, bar, and banquet facilities
  • Greet guests warmly, take orders, and ensure prompt and accurate delivery of food and drinks
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining areas, including clearing tables and resetting them for the next service
  • Provide recommendations on menu items and specials, and accommodate special dietary requests or preferences
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction
  • Handle payments, process transactions accurately, and maintain cash handling procedures
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a food and beverage role preferred but not required; training will be provided
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Food safety and hygiene certification is a plus
