**Thorpe Park** is recruiting **Food & Beverage Team Leaders**

We are currently looking for Team Leaders to join our talented Food & Beverage team at Thorpe Park working across our wide range of Food and Beverage outlets within the theme park.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high energy and fun team that strives to deliver outstanding service to our guests within the Family Restaurants, Coffee Shops, Quick Service Units or Concession Stands.

We currently have two vacancies for this role:

- Part Time Weekday Team Leader
- Weekend Team Leader

**The ingredients for success**

Ideally, you will come from a hospitality background and will be confident when it comes to organising and managing teams. This is a high-pressure role as the park gets busy, so you need to have a cool head and be ready for every eventuality. Flexibility is a must You may have early starts or later finishes.

**Your main responsibilities will include**:

- Leading by example, this a hands-on role so don't be afraid to roll up your sleeves
- Ensuring you and your team are working in a hygienic and professional manner whilst maintaining high standards at all times
- Organising your team to be effective daily
- Dealing with customer enquiries efficiently
- Being a role model whilst supporting with the training and development of the team
- Driving operational excellence across the Food & Beverage team
- Opening and closing units and cashing up.

**Qualifications and experience needed**
- Previous supervisory experience is desirable
- Ability to lead and manage teams and projects
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Flexibility in availability is essential
- We need people with a can-do attitude, but who also like to have fun
- Due to the nature of this role, you must be **over 18**.
