Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Solicitor to join our Wills and Probate team at IBB Law. As a Solicitor in this role, you will provide high-quality legal services to clients on all aspects of wills, trusts, tax planning, and probate law.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting wills and providing probate services to clients
- Advising on tax planning and trust drafting
- Managing client matters and ensuring high-quality standards
- Developing technical knowledge and skills in probate and estate administration
- Collaborating with the team to achieve marketing and business development objectives
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with a strong LPC pass and current practising certificate
- Indicative 0-3 years post-qualification experience in probate and estate administration
- Good technical grounding in this area of law
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and maintain high-quality standards
