Job Description

The successful candidate will assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons to students with SEN, ensuring their individual needs are met. This will involve providing one-on-one or small group support to enhance students' learning experience, fostering a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment, and helping implement and support individualized education plans (IEPs).

Key responsibilities include:

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a patient, understanding, and compassionate approach to supporting children with varying needs. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, ideally in a SEN or educational setting, and strong communication and teamwork skills.
