Job Title: Senior Contracts Manager

ARV Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join our team in the Offsite Construction sector.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Contracts Manager to lead our team in delivering high-volume projects across the South West Region. As a Senior Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring company quality standards are achieved, managing sub-contractors, and providing strong leadership to our site delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery
  • Manage and motivate site delivery teams to achieve project goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in delivering high-volume projects in the Offsite Construction sector
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
