Procurement Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to join our team at St Barnabas Hospices. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in strengthening our commercial capability through effective contract management.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage contracts to ensure delivery in line with contractual KPIs and minimize commercial risk to the organization.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with commissioners and other partners to retain business and develop opportunities for further business.
- Liaise with Directors and Heads of to produce monthly reports on contract delivery.
- Manage the annual renegotiation of contracts with commissioners, updating KPIs and budgets.
- Ensure business intelligence, finance, and operations are updated, and proactively scan for opportunities to generate new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience of working in a healthcare setting at a senior level, with programme, project, and change management experience.
- Experience of managing capital and complex programmes, and actively involved in leading procurement processes.
- Masters degree/higher qualification or equivalent experience, with evidence of continued personal and professional development.
