Job Title: Sales Executive - New Car Sales

Location: Weston-super-Mare

Salary: £20,000 Basic + Commission (OTE £50,000+) + Company Car

Hours: Monday to Saturday (Day off in the week), with Sundays on a rota

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our client's Main Dealership sales team in Weston-super-Mare. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the success of the dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a high level of customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, consistently achieving sales goals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services, ensuring a deep understanding of the market
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve dealership objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and targets
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
