Job Title: Retail Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Retail Assistant to join our team at DCK Group. As a Retail Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and supporting the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, including displaying products in an attractive and appealing way.
  • Support the sales team by restocking shelves, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing setting, preferably in retail or sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with retail software.
