Role Responsibilities
As a proficient Automotive Paint Specialist at Steer, you will be tasked with working on a diverse range of customer vehicles, including electric and hybrid models. Your key responsibilities will include:
Preparing surfaces for painting by thoroughly cleaning, sanding, and masking as required. Mixing paint to achieve the desired vehicle color and applying it using spray guns and other tools. Operating our spray booth efficiently. Ensuring that all paint applications meet quality standards and align with customer specifications. Collaborating with team members to meet project deadlines and deliver outstanding results. Maintaining a tidy and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety protocols.Candidate Profile
We are seeking a candidate who possesses the following qualifications:
Prior experience as an Automotive Paint Specialist or in a similar capacity. Familiarity with a variety of vehicles, including electric and hybrid models. In-depth knowledge of automotive painting techniques and materials. Proficiency in using paint mixing equipment and spray guns. Understanding of the accident repair sector. Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
