About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our digital business programmes. As the Head of Digital Business Programmes, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and vision to deliver excellent student outcomes, quality assurance, and enhancement.

You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement innovative digital pedagogy, leading the development of academic tutorial programmes and new digital programmes. You will also be responsible for managing and addressing day-to-day issues, ensuring solutions are sought and problems resolved effectively and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have recent successful programme management experience within secondary, further, or higher education in business subjects, with academic line management experience and a proven ability to engage collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.

About You
  • A bachelor's degree and a postgraduate qualification in a business subject (essential)
  • A teaching qualification (essential)
  • Leadership and management experience in a teaching and learning environment (essential)
  • Experience of leading a team to achieve high levels of student academic performance and outcomes against agreed targets (essential)
  • Experience of teaching business to international students in the UK (desirable)
  • Higher or further education experience (desirable)
  • Experience of online-only delivery (essential)
  • Experience of using virtual learning platforms and digital applications for programme delivery (essential)
