We are looking for a skilled Transformational Learning Manager to lead our Skills Networks Learning Account. This exciting opportunity will enable you to shape the Learning strategy for the Skills Networks and evaluate and develop transformational Learning that is innovative and impactful.

The successful candidate will have deep knowledge of learning trends, technologies, and innovative learning methods. They will be able to engage effectively with global skills network leaders, business directors, and the broader learning faculty. A data-driven approach to design and implementation of Learning solutions is essential, with a focus on applying innovative methodologies to measure success and impact.

Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience

Location: London Office (three days a week), with two days working from home

This role requires a strategic thinker who can guide and manage project teams to ensure the operational aspects of skills network learning are effectively handled. If you are passionate about learning and development, and have a proven track record in change management trajectories in large matrix organisations, we encourage you to apply.
