Job Title: Senior Associate, IT, Azure Administrator

At MUFG Investor Services, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate, IT, Azure Administrator to join our team. As an Azure and O365 Operations engineer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the day-to-day operations of our cloud infrastructure on the Microsoft Azure platform, Office 365 services, and Citrix Cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor, diagnose, and resolve issues within the Azure/O365 environment to ensure system stability and performance.
  • Security Compliance: Ensure security compliance by implementing and maintaining security protocols and compliance measures.
Project Management and Documentation:
  • Project Planning and Execution: Plan and execute projects to upgrade and improve key IT systems as directed by IT management.
  • Technical Documentation: Produce and maintain technical documentation and project plans (SOPs/Procedures).
Technical Support and Expertise:
  • Ticket Management: Manage Azure Operations ticket queue daily (Requests & Incident management).
  • Technical Support: Provide 2nd&3rd line technical support for complex issues.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and provide technical expertise to L0/L2 IT support staff.
Automation and Scripting:
  • Automation Solutions: Identify and implement automation solutions for IT tasks using workflows and scripting tools (PowerShell).
Infrastructure Management:
  • Infrastructure Administration: Administer, manage, and configure within multiple infrastructure platforms (Azure, M365, Citrix).
  • Cloud Technologies: In-depth understanding of Azure/0365 technology, including Exchange, Licensing, Security, Endpoint management, Networking.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's/Associates degree in computer engineering, computer science, or relevant professional Microsoft accreditations (AZ-900, AZ-104, SC-300, MS-700).
  • Experience: 5 years of experience working within IT systems/Support in a senior/lead capacity with the last few years working with Cloud Technologies.
  • ITIL Certification: ITIL Certified.
