We are seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as AWS Cloud Support Associates. As a key member of our cloud support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our customers across various industries and regions.

Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer experiences by resolving complex technical issues related to cloud storage, content delivery networks, and streaming services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Technical Account Managers, Solution Architects, and Business Development Managers, to provide seamless support to our customers.

To excel in this role, you should have a solid understanding of networking protocols, experience with Linux system administration, and proficiency in Mandarin and English. Additionally, knowledge of AWS and cloud computing concepts is a plus.
