  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and campaigns, adjusting as necessary to improve outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Senior Communications Experience: Proven experience in a senior communications role, with a focus on stakeholder engagement in a complex political or technical environment.
  • Knowledge of the Public Sector: Knowledge of the economic and business landscape of the public sector is essential.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategies that drive engagement and meet the needs of our stakeholders.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Government Experience: Experience working with or within government, transport, or related sectors is highly desirable.
