**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Auditor / Internal Auditor to join our team at SF Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for evaluating financial and operational procedures, identifying areas of improvement, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough and systematic audits of financial statements, operations, and internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Review company policies, procedures, and business processes to identify potential areas of risk or inefficiency and develop strategies to address them.
  • Develop and implement audit plans and strategies to address identified areas of concern and ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
  • Assess compliance with industry regulations and internal policies, and prepare detailed audit reports that clearly outline findings and recommendations for improvement.
  • Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and track progress to ensure effective change management.
  • Stay current with industry regulations and best practices to ensure audit processes remain up-to-date and effective.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and resource for employees seeking guidance on financial and operational matters, providing expert advice and support to ensure business success.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and industry standards, with a deep understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
  • Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas of improvement and develop effective solutions.
