About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Care Worker to join our team at High Close, a successful non-maintained special school providing day and residential provision for young people with complex social, emotional, and mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support young people to access their education and provide a waking day curriculum to enable them to learn and develop social skills and coping strategies.
  • Work in a multi-disciplinary team including Education, Therapy, and Family Resource Team.
  • Provide holistic care to ensure the best outcomes for our young people.
  • Undertake regular 'sleeping-in' duties with an additional allowance paid.

Requirements
  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Child Care (paid for by the school).
