Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Ginger Science, Innovation & Technology. As a key member of our technical function, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of quality and food safety in our operations.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Leadership: Supervise the QA team, ensuring effective management of daily technical issues and ensuring all products meet strict quality and food safety standards before leaving the site.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in Mara meetings, zonal GMP audits, and other relevant audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by monitoring and recording checks on production aspects as outlined in the Quality Manual, taking corrective actions as necessary.
- Team Development: Act as a deputy for the Technical Manager, involving high-level management tasks and team development to promote a culture of excellence.
- Previous QA experience in the food industry, with a strong foundation in GMP environments.
- Level 3 Food Hygiene and Level 2 HACCP certifications.
- Competency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Trained Internal Auditor with a proven track record in continuous improvement and complaint resolution.
- Excellent team working, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Well-organized with effective planning and time management capabilities.
- An inquisitive mind with a can-do attitude, open to learning and taking on new challenges.
