About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Motor Vehicle Technician to join our team as a Vehicular Maintenance Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising, training, and assessing students during practical sessions and assessments.
Main Responsibilities- Supervise and train students during practical sessions and assessments.
- Exercise safe workshop practices in compliance with Health and Safety regulations and legislation.
- Manage materials, chemicals, tools, equipment, and instrumentation within the workshop environment.
- Monitor and record student attendance and progress.
- Deal with materials, tools, and equipment for workshop sessions.
- Provide advice to students and staff on relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Meet with lecturers, assessors, and the Internal Verifier to standardize assessment decisions.
- Assist with the delivery of apprenticeship training programs.
- Undertake training alongside other curriculum staff.
£32,000 - £42,000 per annum.
