Job Title: Service Department Coordinator

**Company Overview:**
Owen, a renowned luxury automotive dealer group, is seeking a highly skilled Service Department Coordinator to join their Ferrari London team. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a real impact in the luxury industry.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be able to effectively coordinate the Service Department's activities. This includes promoting accurate and productive workshop throughputs, helping to meet financial and non-financial targets, and maintaining the customer contact system. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential in this role, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).

A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, plus benefits, is on offer. The company prioritises employee development and provides regular training activities to help individuals reach their full potential.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Coordinate Service Department activities to promote accurate and productive workshop throughputs
* Assist in meeting financial and non-financial targets
