Job Title: Head of Digital Design

Morgan Hunt is currently working with a Regulatory body based in London to find an experienced professional to lead their digital and design team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy to engage target audiences effectively.
  • Lead the design team to create and share content that drives measurable impact with audiences.
  • Oversee the delivery of website improvements, working closely with the website agency and digital communications colleagues.
  • Manage the in-house design team, ensuring appropriate resourcing and prioritization of requests.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leading a digital and design communications team.
  • Strong understanding of digital channels and ability to formulate strategies that deliver impact.
  • Experience working closely with design and creative teams.
  • Communications planning experience in complex, fast-moving environments.
