About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Internal Communications and Engagement Executive to join our team at First Central Services UK Ltd. As a key member of our People pillar, you will be responsible for developing and delivering impactful internal communications and engagement initiatives that drive business results and enhance the colleague experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement internal communications and engagement strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Manage and execute campaigns, events, and initiatives that promote corporate social responsibility and drive employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and disseminate compelling content that resonates with colleagues and supports business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, colleagues, and external partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor and evaluate the success of internal communications and engagement initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in internal communications and engagement, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in our approach.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in internal communications and engagement, with a strong track record of delivering successful campaigns and initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and external partners.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and a willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Sharepoint, with experience in content creation and management.
