Fantastic Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a number of caring and passionate Support Workers to join our Residential Service for Adults with Learning Disabilities and complex needs. The service is located in Llangefni, Anglesey and supports adults aged between 18 and 65.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for encouraging independence and supporting individuals to make their own choices. You will also ensure the safety of the service users, follow care plans for each individual, and participate in activities such as arts, crafts, gardening, and day trips.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Previous experience working within a similar setting
  • Must be resilient
  • Drivers essential due to location
  • Candidates must be happy to do personal care
What We Offer
  • Salary: £26,477 - £26,926 (including sleeps) Plenty of overtime available
  • Hours: Full Time - 40 hours per week 1 sleep per week
  • Contract: Permanent
  • Shifts: A variety of shifts including optional sleeps and weekends
  • Location: Llangefni, Anglesey
