Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver efficient and effective support services to individuals with complex needs, including those affected by domestic abuse, substance use, and mental health issues.
- Enable and empower individuals to take control of their lives, develop new skills, and gain greater independence.
- Work collaboratively with individuals to develop personalized support plans that meet their unique needs and goals.
- Provide advocacy and support to help individuals access community resources and services.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of support services that meet the needs of our service users.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar support role, preferably in a social care or community setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meeting the needs of our service users.
- Full driving license and access to a vehicle, with the ability to travel to various locations as required.
- Right to work in the UK.
