About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Senior to join our team at Spencer Clarke Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality audit services to our clients, working closely with our audit team to ensure the successful completion of audits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead audits from planning through to completion, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.
  • Manage a portfolio of jobs, prioritizing tasks and ensuring effective time management.
  • Offer a wide range of audit, advisory, and accounting services to diverse clients, utilizing your technical knowledge and commercial acumen.
  • Work in a fast-paced and pressured environment, handling multiple tasks concurrently and maintaining a high level of organization.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • CA, ACA, or ACCA qualified.
  • Strong audit experience, including planning and completion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Client-focused with a keen sense of commerciality, utilizing your technical knowledge to provide value-added services.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Excel and Word, and familiarity with CCH accounts and audit automation.
  • Up-to-date technical knowledge, including recent developments in accounting and auditing standards.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and pressured environment, with a proactive nature and strong team player.
