Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner
* Manage payment collections and maintain accurate records
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve collections processes
* Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements:
* Fluency in German and English is essential
* Experience in customer service, accounts receivable, or credit control
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
