Key Responsibilities:
  • Work as a Site Security Officer to promote confidence with every customer, colleague, and stakeholder through effective decision-making, communication, and professional security standards.
  • Follow Assignment Instructions, Risk Assessments, and customer policy to ensure a safe and secure environment.
  • Respond effectively to incidents, alarms, and events, escalating to the Emergency Services, the Customer, and the Security Operations Centre, as appropriate.
  • Complete planned rota and shifts to provide security cover and utilize the relevant site security systems to detect risks and potential security breaches.
  • Promote a culture of safety, awareness of H&S risks, and accident/near miss reporting.
