We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior People Advisor to join our team at Stafffinders. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our people strategy and culture.
Key Responsibilities- Coach and develop line managers across all levels to enhance their skills and confidence in managing employee relations.
- Manage complex employee relations cases, including ER cases, and provide expert advice on various employee relations issues.
- Ensure adherence to employment laws and company policies, and add substantial value to the business.
- CIPD Level 5 qualification.
- Proven ability to independently manage complex employee relations cases.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring.
- Fantastic salary of £45,000 per annum.
