Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement personalized support plans to promote skills development and personal growth
  • Identify and facilitate opportunities for personal development, including education and training
  • Enhance confidence and self-esteem through tailored support and encouragement
  • Promote physical and mental wellbeing through healthy lifestyle choices and stress management techniques
  • Support individuals to plan and manage their own support, including budgeting and time management
  • Facilitate effective communication and social understanding through creative and engaging approaches
  • Help individuals develop coping strategies and manage challenging behaviors
  • Provide practical and emotional support to ensure the highest quality of life

Working with Us:

As a Relief Support Worker, you'll work across various Leeds Autism Services bases, supporting adults with autism in day and outreach settings. You'll be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional support and making a real difference in the lives of our service users.
