Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Finlay Jude Associates Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing clients and projects, sourcing new clients and opportunities, and providing advice on project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage existing clients and projects
- Sourcing new clients and opportunities
- Agreeing project aims and goals with clients
- Providing advice on project management
- Consulting with clients prior to project commencement
- Scoping and pricing works
- Ensuring project aims are met, including Health & Safety and Quality
- Conducting safety audits as required
- Recruiting specialists and sub-contractors
- Monitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained
- Overseeing accounting, costing, and billing of projects
- Reporting to clients or senior stakeholders on progress
- Evaluating project success against benchmarking
- Sharing lessons or best practice with other organisations or project managers
Requirements:
- CDM Regulations 2015
- SMSTS
- Temporary Works Coordinator
- NVQ Level 7 in Construction Senior Management (ideal but not essential)
- NEC4 Engineering & Construction Short Contract Experience (ideal but not essential)
- First Aid at Work
- Manual Handling
- Asbestos Awareness
- COSHH Awareness
