We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Finlay Jude Associates Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the M&E division, working on utilities sector projects primarily in water projects with an M&E background.
Key Responsibilities- Manage existing clients and projects while actively sourcing new clients and opportunities.
- Agree project aims and goals with the client.
- Provide advice on project management.
- Consult with clients prior to project commencement, scoping and pricing the works.
- Ensure all project aims are met, including Health & Safety and Quality.
- Conduct safety audits as required for KPIs.
- Recruit specialists and sub-contractors.
- Monitor sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained.
- Oversee accounting, costing, and billing of projects.
- Report to the client or senior stakeholders on progress.
- Evaluate project success against its benchmarking and share lessons or best practice with other organizations or project managers.
