Project Director

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Finlay Jude Associates Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the M&E division, working on utilities sector projects primarily in water projects with an M&E background.

• Manage existing clients and projects while actively sourcing new clients and opportunities.
• Agree project aims and goals with the client.
• Provide advice on project management.
• Consult with clients prior to project commencement, scoping and pricing the works.
• Ensure all project aims are met, including Health & Safety and Quality.
• Conduct safety audits as required for KPIs.
• Recruit specialists and sub-contractors.
• Monitor sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained.
• Oversee accounting, costing, and billing of projects.
• Report to the client or senior stakeholders on progress.
• Evaluate project success against its benchmarking and share lessons or best practice with other organizations or project managers.

• NVQ Level 7 in Construction Senior Management (ideal but not essential).
