Join Morepeople 01780 as a Crop Optimisation Expert and take your expertise in commercial horticulture to the next level. In this role, you will work closely with our Growing Manager to optimise production yields and quality levels.

You'll have a strong background in commercial horticulture, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyse crop performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with the Operations team to develop and implement strategies to improve crop yields and quality.
  • Collaborate with the Growing Manager to oversee pest and disease management, irrigation systems, and health and safety standards.

What We Need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a commercial horticultural setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of crop standards, pest and disease management.
  • A proven track record of delivering great results and a passion for learning and growth.

Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
