You're already working in commercial horticulture and enjoy being hands-on with crops. Now, imagine working closely with a Growing Manager who values your input and ideas.

Main Responsibilities:

• Orientate your focus on optimising production yields and quality levels within budgeted costs.
• Monitor pest and disease management, oversee irrigation systems, and maintain health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the Operations team to deliver top-quality produce to both internal and external customers.
• Participate in regular team meetings to share best practices and tackle challenges together.

What We Need:

• A minimum of experience in a commercial horticultural setting.
• In-depth knowledge of crop standards, pest and disease management.
• A proven track record of delivering great results and a passion for learning and growth.
• Experience in protected cropping is an advantage but not essential.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
