About the Role

Hain Daniels Group is seeking a Product Development Manager to join our team in Grimsby. As a key member of our NPD team, you will be responsible for developing and launching new products that meet our customers' needs and exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement product development strategies that align with our business goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development and launch processes.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and external partners to source high-quality ingredients and materials.
  • Manage and motivate a team of product developers to ensure successful product launches and meet business targets.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform product development decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Food-related degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of successful product development and launch experience.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
