The Role

Hain Daniels Group is seeking a Product Development Manager to join our team in Grimsby. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for driving the development of new products and improving existing ones to meet customer needs and market trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement product development strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, supply chain, and sales to ensure smooth product launches and meet customer requirements.
  • Manage and motivate a team of product developers to achieve project goals and deadlines.

  • Monitor and analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product development decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Food-related degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record in product development and management.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects.
