Brand Specialist Role

As a Brand Specialist at Selfridges, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales through your knowledge of our products and brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding service to customers by sharing product knowledge, creating a memorable experience, and effectively managing complaints.
  • Brand Advocacy: Excite and motivate colleagues by sharing your knowledge of our brands, communicating newness, product exclusives, and other relevant information to drive sales.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adapt to the challenges that vary from day to day, taking on tasks that may go beyond your role expectation.
  • Stock Management: Understand and follow health and safety procedures, security procedures, and play an active role in preventing stock loss.
  • Client Relationships: Build and develop your own client base, using your exceptional service skills to nurture customer relationships.

About You

  • Results-Oriented: You will be set sales, CRM, and NPS targets, and you will have the curiosity and appetite to learn more about these metrics.
  • Effective Communicator: You will be passionate about our products and able to deliver inspiring brand training to your team.
  • Competitive Knowledge: You will make it your business to know what our competitors are up to.
  • Sales and Service Expertise: You will be known for your sales and service expertise, and your brand partner or contact within our team will rely on you to keep them informed.
  • Collaborative Spirit: You will be a leader in your department and will be invested in your wider team, on hand for requests, be they queries or coaching support.
  • Attention to Detail: You will be responsible for replenishing stock, maintaining Selfridges standards, and inspiring others to deliver the same.
