We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Acute Inpatients team at an NHS Hospital in Crewe. This exciting role will involve working with Orthopaedic Inpatients and Medical Acute patients, providing high-quality occupational therapy interventions and supporting rehabilitation and discharge planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and deliver occupational therapy interventions for patients in an acute inpatient setting.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
  • Provide specialist advice and treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Work with patients to achieve their rehabilitation goals and promote independence.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in an Acute Inpatient setting.
  • HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
