About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our team at Tops Day Nurseries. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and develop.
- Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
- Observe and record children's progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness.
- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure seamless care and education.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote the well-being of children and staff.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Level 3 Early Years Qualification.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding procedures and policies.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
