About the Role
Tops Day Nurseries is seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team on a maternity cover basis. As a key member of our nursery team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging and educational activities to promote children's learning and development
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a positive and inclusive nursery environment
- Contribute to the development and implementation of nursery policies and procedures
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and Care is essential. You will also need to have a passion for working with young children, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work as part of a team.
