Clinical Lead Nurse

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team at a leading healthcare provider in Whitehaven, Cumbria.
About the RoleAs a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for leading a team of nursing staff to deliver high-quality care to our residents. You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement care plans, ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of nursing staff to deliver excellent care to residents.
- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the management team.
- Ensure that all staff are supervised appropriately and rotas are in place to enable the smooth running of the home.
- Support the delivery of quality and clinical governance programmes, including audit and care services.
- Oversee all aspects of medicine management on your shift in accordance with company policies and current legislation.
We offer a competitive salary of £24.20 per hour, with an annual salary of £41,527. This is a permanent full-time role working through night shifts.
