Sales Administrator Role

We are currently looking for a skilled Sales Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all sales procedures are maintained and adhered to, as outlined in our Quality Manual and relevant procedure manuals.

This role requires the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. If you have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results and are passionate about sales administration, we would love to hear from you.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. To maintain accurate and up-to-date quality records and store them securely.
  2. To support the Sales Department and contribute to the overall success of the business.
  3. To operate the 'Dealer Swap' system and participate in vehicle inspections as required.
  4. To maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere to company policies.
