TJX Europe is seeking a talented Digital Sales Team Member to join our e-commerce team. As a key member of our online sales department, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and improving customer experience across our European e-commerce platforms.

About the Job

This is a 12-month programme that will give you hands-on experience in various aspects of e-commerce, including online trading, content creation, user experience design, and digital product development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with the Buying and Merchandising community to define European e-commerce product strategies and maximise sales online.
  • Partner with the UX Design team to create solutions that meet users' needs and understanding when shopping online.
  • Contribute to the Digital Product Development team to deliver a great customer experience across all devices.
  • Participate in the Digital Operations team to drive efficiencies, cost savings, and customer-facing improvements across the end-to-end journey for ecommerce products and orders.
