Retail Concession Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concession Manager to join our team at Out of Orbit Recruitment. As a Concession Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our concession store, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the concession store team, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Develop and implement visual merchandising plans to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
- Monitor and control store budgets, ensuring that sales targets are met and exceeded.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our concession partners, ensuring that our partnership is mutually beneficial.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to improve our sales and customer experience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Concession Manager or Assistant Manager in a similar retail environment.
- Strong visual merchandising skills, with the ability to create engaging and effective store displays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
- Knowledge of retail systems and processes, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
