About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concession Manager to join our team at Out of Orbit Recruitment. As a Concession Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our concession store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the concession store team, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
• Develop and implement visual merchandising plans to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
• Monitor and control store budgets, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to improve sales and customer engagement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Concession Manager or Assistant Manager in a retail environment.
• Strong visual merchandising skills and ability to create engaging store displays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
• Basic salary of £30,000-£32,000, with opportunities for bonuses and career development.
