Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Trainer / Assessor with a strong background in mechanical engineering, particularly in mechanical maintenance. A background in electrical systems, pneumatics/hydraulics, and fitting/assembly is highly desirable.

Ideal Candidate:

A qualified (Level 3 minimum) engineer dedicated to delivering high-quality training and creating a positive learning environment. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, organized self-starter with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training and assessment to learners in the Engineering industry
  • Develop and present training material to meet the needs of learners
  • Contribute to the development of training programs and materials
  • Assess learner progress and provide feedback
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve training goals
