Background Requirements:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Contract Manager to join our team at CRS Professionals (UK) Ltd. The ideal candidate will come from a main contractor background, preferably with SME experience, and have a proven track record in public-sector construction projects.

Essential Experience:

  1. Minimum 8 years in construction contract management
  2. Must demonstrate projects delivered ahead of programme
  3. Strong history of maintaining project margins
  4. Experience with public sector frameworks
  5. Proven stakeholder management at senior level
  6. NEC4 and JCT contract expertise
  7. Track record of successful supply chain management
  8. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  9. History of implementing process improvements

Technical Skills:

  1. Expert understanding of construction contracts
  2. Strong commercial and contractual awareness
  3. Proven risk management capabilities
  4. Advanced understanding of public sector procurement
  5. Proficient with construction management software
  6. Ability to analyse and improve project performance

Qualifications:

  1. MCIOB preferred
  2. Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or related field
  3. Full UK driving licence
