The practice has been offering professional eye care services for over 20 years and boasts an outstanding reputation with patients of all ages.

**Job Role:**

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure high standards are met in clinical practices.
  • Manage reception duties, including booking appointments and handling complex patient queries.
  • Contribute to the growth of the practice by working collaboratively with the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet patients, providing a warm welcome and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Support the management of the testing rooms and pre-screening area.
