Inside Sales Executive Opportunity

Ambitious international Tech manufacturing company, French Resources, is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Executive to join their dynamic Inside Sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or second jobber with excellent telephone manners and some cold calling experience to develop their skills and contribute to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing new sales opportunities and prospecting for potential clients through cold calling.
  • Understanding and qualifying client needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions.
  • Accurately inputting information onto the CRM system and ensuring its relevance.
  • Cleaning the CRM on a regular basis to maintain data accuracy.
  • Collaborating with area sales managers to update the CRM with visit information.
Requirements:
  • Previous cold calling experience in a B2C or B2B environment as a SDR, Telemarketing, Telesales, or Sales Executive.
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas over the phone.
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
  • Target-driven with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
  • Previous customer service experience and excellent telephone manners.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and natural curiosity.
  • Good IT skills or previous use of CRM systems.
Benefits:
